Training and Support Consultant

To strengthen our Support team, we are currently looking for a :

Training consultant (m/f)

Your mission:

> Answering our users’ questions
> Install our products and make sure they work properly
> Train users on software developed in-house or by our partners

Following in-house training, you will be responsible for the complete management of new projects assigned to you, in close collaboration with our R&D department. You will most often be in contact with HR or IT departments, and more generally with the decision-making staff of our customer companies during your various interventions.

Your profile

> Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
> Experience in HR and payroll is an advantage
> Computer skills (Windows OS, LAN, Excel) an advantage
> Good command of written and spoken French
> Fluency in Luxembourgish and/or German and/or English is considered an advantage.

Position type: Permanent, full-time
